Lucy Jones is an experienced dietitian, having worked in numerous London hospitals; including Chelsea and Westminster NHS foundation trust, Homerton hospital NHS trust and Whittington Hospital NHS trust. After graduating with 1st class honours in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and the Food, Nutrition and Dietetics Prize from London Metropolitan University, she went on to complete a Masters in Clinical Research with the University of Manchester. She is fully registered with the Health and Care Professions council and a member of the British Dietetic Association. Lucy enjoys translating current research from different disease states and translating this into meaningful messages and dietary plans for her clients and the public.
Currently, she is director of Nutrifit Health Ltd and Head of UK Dietetics for Oviva; focusing her time in continuing television roles, private practice consultancy and spokesperson work.

Michael F. Roizen, MD is the Chief Wellness Officer and Chair of the Wellness Institute at Cleveland Clinic. He is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Williams College and Alpha Omega Alpha graduate of the University of California, San Francisco, School of Medicine. He performed his residency in internal medicine at Harvard’s Beth Israel Hospital and completed Public Health Service at the National Institutes of Health in the laboratory of Irv Kopin and Nobel Prize winner Julius Axelrod.
Dr. Roizen is a Past Chair of a Food and Drug Administration advisory committee and a former editor for six medical journals. He has published more than 175 peer-reviewed scientific papers, 100 textbook chapters, 30 editorials, and four medical books (one, a medical best-seller), and received 13 U.S. and many foreign patents.

Dr. Hilary Jones

Dr. Hilary Jones qualified from the Royal Free Hospital medical school in 1976 spending two years in postgraduate posts at that hospital in general medicine and surgery, oncology, intensive care and accident and emergency. Subsequently, he has worked in a variety of specialities including obstetrics and gynaecology, ophthalmology, health screening and aesthetics.
In 1979 he was the single-handed Doctor on Tristan da Cunha, a British dependency in the South Atlantic and the most isolated inhabited island in the world. Later he was a trouble-shooting medical practitioner in the Shetland Islands working for both the oil industry and serving the local community in emergencies.
He became a principal in General Practice and a GP educational trainer in the early 1980’s and joined the most successful breakfast TV station in the world at that time, TVAM at Camden Lock. He also became and still remains, a regular columnist for Rupert Murdoch’s Sun Newspaper’s Fabulous Magazine and he is a guest presenter on BBC Radio 2’s Steve Wright show – the most listened to radio show in Europe. He contributes to a number of newspapers and magazines and is the author of several books and novels, the latest being A Day In Your Life published by Bantam Press.
Elizabeth Somer, MA, RD, is author of several books, including her most recent book “Eat Your Way to Sexy,” as well as “Age-Proof Your Body,” “Food & Mood,” “The Food & Mood Cookbook,” and “The Origin Diet.” She is an Advisory Board member to Shape magazine and editor-in-chief of Nutrition Alert, a newsletter that summarizes current research from more than 6,000 journals. Ms. Somer was a frequent guest on NBC’s Today from 2000 to 2015, former nutrition correspondent to ABC’s Good Morning America and NBC’s Later Today, and she appears on other national TV shows such as The View and The Dr. Oz Show, as well as monthly on AMNorthWest, the Portland, Oregon morning show. Her hour-long special on Age-Proof Your Body aired nationwide on Public Television in 2001.
Dr. Gregory Ward
Consultant Ob/Gyn and Head of the London Postgraduate Specialty Training Programme in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Dr Gregory Ward graduated from Sydney University Medical School spending two years in postgraduate posts in medicine and surgery at Sydney Hospital. He also gained experience in general practice and was seconded from Sydney Hospital to work for the Royal New South Wales Flying Doctor Service before moving to the United Kingdom to specialize in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
He became a member of the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (RCOG) in 1979 and was elected a fellow in 1994. He sits on a number of training committees of the college and examines nationally and internationally for the RCOG.
He has held a Consultant appointment in South London since 1986 and his special interests are maternal medicine, high-risk obstetrics, oncology and medical education. From 2001 on he has been increasingly involved in postgraduate medical education, being appointed an Associate Postgraduate Dean of London University in 2008 and from 2008 being Deputy Head and then, from 2010, Head of the London Specialty School of Obstetrics and Gynaecology which oversees all postgraduate clinical and academic Ob/Gyn specialty training in London. As such he is responsible for the career progression of over 500 specialty trainees. He is a trained executive coach and leadership mentor and also provides pastoral support for his trainees.
He has held Medical Director roles at women’s hospitals and departments in Sydney and London and has developed and leads on medical leadership programmes for both the London Deanery and the RCOG. Other national roles include work for the Care Quality Commission, the UK healthcare regulator.
He is a passionate advocate for women’s health and the importance of postgraduate education in ensuring we develop a multiprofessional workforce equipped to provide optimal care for women in the 21st century.
Lauren R. Crosby
Dr. Lauren Crosby is a nationally-recognized parenting expert and pediatrician. After graduating from Smith College and the UCLA School of Medicine, she trained at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center during which time she served as Chief Resident. She is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr. Crosby is a pediatric consultant for KTTV News L.A, is on the Board of the Make-A-Wish Foundation and a Founding Member of Hope in A Suitcase. She is currently in practice at La Peer Pediatrics in Beverly Hills, CA and is the mother of two boys.
